Base salary will be in the range $77,396 - $86,029 + 17% Superannuation

About This Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Administration and Support Officer to join the Integrity Unit. In this role, you will provide general administrative and executive support to the Director and investigations support to the Integrity Unit.
The position works closely with Internal Audit, Governance and Risk, Financial and Business Services, Human Resources, The Research Office, Academic Services, Student Services, Legal Services and Security. The position will also regularly interact with colleagues in other corporate support teams, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Provide professional and timely executive support to the Director, Integrity Unit.
Provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Integrity Unit, including tasks related to office assets and equipment, purchasing and finances, and health, safety and wellness.
Provide administrative and analytical support to investigations, including case file management, data entry, document and evidence processing, conducting relevant searches and inquiries, gathering and reviewing information, compiling documents, analysing relevant policies and procedures, and preparing ad hoc and periodic reports.
Provide administrative and logistical support to misconduct prevention activities, including websites, training, events, and other initiatives.
Support compliance and monitoring activities, including compiling documentation, liaising with stakeholders, proposing actions, and assisting with system functions and enhancements.
As directed by the Director IU the role will provide regular administrative support consistent with the Duty Statement to other business units within the Chief Operating Officer Division.

About You
Completion of a diploma level qualification and at least two years subsequent work experience providing administrative support in a large organisation; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
Good knowledge of a large organisations administrative systems, policies, procedures and practices or an ability to rapidly acquire such knowledge.
Well-organised with the ability to work independently, prioritise workloads, meet concurrent deadlines.
A proven ability to use initiative, demonstrate problem solving, research / implement solutions effectively.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion, diplomacy and judgment.
Demonstrated oral and interpersonal communications skills, including the ability to liaise, work constructively as part of a team, consult and negotiate with a diverse group of people, and consistently maintain a customer-focused approach.
Demonstrated attention to detail, a high degree of accuracy across a variety of tasks.
Good written communication skills with experience in minute taking and distribution of minutes, meeting documents and related reports with a high level of accuracy.
Strong technical skills and aptitude in utilising a wide range of software and technologies relevant to supporting investigations activities.
The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre-employment checks, including: right to work in Australia, criminal check.
