Responsibilities:

• Attending phones, booking jobs, answering queries, scheduling quotes, taking payments, customer service
• Working in Simpro to: book jobs, prepare invoices, attach work orders and compliance paperwork, sending invoices, overdue invoices, purchases etc
• Outlook: sending and receiving emails, jobs, attachments, invoices
• MYOB: payment reconciliation, ad-hoc invoice, payroll
• Various customer specific 'portals' uploading job sheets, compliance paperwork, loading invoices etc
• Excel including maintaining various registers, vehicles, staff training, tool accounts, uniforms
• Word including typing quotes and letters
• Other general office admin: filing, tidying, stationery, scanning, banking, insurance claims, vehicle servicing, apprentice subsidies etc

About you:

• Smart and resilient and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to multitask
• Experience with MYOB would be advantageous
• Similar experience within a construction-based position would be highly regarded
• Ability to adapt to the conversation and work out what questions to ask
• Customer service expert
• Friendly and easy going
