Full Time Administration Assistant – Clyde North Feb 2024
Furniture House Group is looking for a full time self-motivated Administration Assistant team player to join our office team at our small but busy head office in Clyde North. This position is full time working from home at present.
Skills required:
- Excellent People skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word and Access)
- Knowledge of Xero accounting system
- Experience in Photoshop an advantage
Duties will include:
- Providing administration support to managers
- Facilitating client enquiries
- Data entry and Processing
- Assisting with producing a catalogue for our Stores
The successful candidate will possess:
• Professional phone manner
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Self-motivation, flexibility, and resourcefulness in getting the job done
• Intermediate computer skills
