Sourcing a great Administrative Assistant to join a reputable Hydraulics company located in Wetherill Park.
This role is open to all Junior candidates who would like to commence their career within the office environment and be coached and mentored by a great group of professionals.
This role is supporting a workshop environment liaising with Trades and Workshop staff.
About The Role
Duties for this role include but not limited too:
- Reception duties
- Enter timesheets
- Data entry of orders in the system
- General purchasing of office requirements
- General administrative duties
- Organisational skills
- Competence in working with Microsoft Office
- Time management
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn new things
- Ability to pick up and learn
