Job Specification
We are looking for someone who enjoys all types of customer service with high attention to detail. Your key responsibilities would include:
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timesheets are processed on time
Responding to client and candidate queries
Documenting processes and procedures
Onboarding candidates
Stocktake & ordering of stationary/PPE and uniforms
General administrative duties
Requirements
Experience with office managerial
Excellent customer service skills
Able to work effectively as part of a close knit team as well as independently
Previous experience in a customer service and administration role
Competent verbal & written communication skills
Attention to detail
Efficient; organised & able to prioritise competing tasks
