FRP Capital is a boutique commercial property asset and fund management group, investing and developing assets on behalf of investors across Australia. The existing team has significant property and finance experience with over $250 million worth of assets and developments under management within the portfolio. The existing portfolio includes numerous neighbourhood shopping centres, large format retail complexes, medical centres, and childcare centres.
Our in-house property management and leasing teams work from modern offices located in Adelaide and Perth. The FRP Capital team operate in a fast-paced world and strive to build a collaborative environment to facilitate peer support and teamwork.
We are currently looking for an established Administrative Assistant to come on board and make a difference.
The RoleWe are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.
You will be the first point of contact for FRP Capital; required to coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence, redirecting phone calls and various other administrative activities. You will also provide support to other team members in our Perth and Adelaide offices.
Key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Organise and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms
- Develop and maintain a filing system (electronic and hard copy)
- Assist with updating and maintain office policies and procedures
- General Administration/Office duties
- Support our operations manager, property and leasing managers where required
If proactiveness, a high standard of communication and a hands-on approach are your strong points, then this could be the role you’re looking for. The suitable candidate will have:
- Previous administration experience in a fast-paced organisation
- Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Well-developed problem-solving skills
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and the demonstrated capacity to work effectively within a team and autonomously
- Demonstrated organisational skills including the ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
