Do you enjoy a role where you can take ownership and responsibility of the office admin function? This is varied role providing administrative support to Senior Management, processing payroll (training provided), ensuring the office is maintained and assist with admin requests from internal stakeholders across Finance and HR.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing admin support to the Group General Manager and Finance Manager
- Supporting various internal teams with drafting documents, documenting procedures and creating templates
- Assisting with data entry
- Initiating fortnightly payroll
- Responding to payroll queries
- Ensuring the office admin is kept up to date
- Proven Administration experience
- Keen to learn payroll if not prior experience
- High attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Enjoy taking ownership of your role
- Motivated and proactive
- Impeccable communication, both written and verbal.
- Experience with the MS Office suite
