- Receptionist duties associated with the Townsville office reception and switchboard
- Answering and transferring all calls from the main reception switchboard
- Processing and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail
- Assisting with bookings for courier deliveries and catering requirements
- Document control activities including preparation and scanning of stored documents
- Ad-hoc daily administration activities as required by the Townsville management team
- 2+ years experience in a similar position
- Positive and professional attitude and phone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
