Providing excellent customer service, supporting the attendance pipeline and the centre to exceed its financial goals will be your priorities. Your natural ability to multi-task, combined with your warm and professional nature, will ensure that this role successfully supports the centre's team, children and families.
Your role
- Experience in customer service or front office reception (essential)
- Business administration experience (essential)
- Post-secondary education in administration, business or office management (desirable)
- Hold, or be willing to obtain, a working with children clearance check
- Part-time 32 hours (4-5 days)
- Providing administration assistance to our centres in Beaudesert (3-4 days) and Mount Tamborine (1 day)
- Present a consistently high standard of customer service.
- Support the Centre Director to prioritise and build the attendance pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong family partnerships throughout the Centre.
- Respond to general enquiries on behalf of the Centre Director.
- Perform key business administration tasks, including using multiple business systems.
- Support the Centre Director to achieve key business deliverables.
