ABOUT THE ROLE:
Are you our next Administration and Support superstar? We are looking for an eager and enthusiastic team member to grow within our high performing team! The key responsibility of this role is to support our Loan Specialists and Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls, emails and SMS's to existing and prospective customers;
  • General admin duties 
  • Contacting pre-qualified customers to determine their needs;
  • Following up with customers on key documentation;
  • Provide customers and partners with excellent customer service;
  • Data reconciliation checks.
ABOUT YOU:
You have a 'can-do' attitude and are keen to support our teams growth. You also have a strong customer focus and strong rapport building skills. In addition to this you have...
  • Experience within the customer service industry;
  • Experience with administration support within a high functioning team;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities to meet deadlines;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • A confident, positive manner especially over the phone;
  • The ability to anticipate needs, be resourceful and use sound judgement.
