We are looking for a talented Administration Assistant to join our Team Onsite in Pooraka, Adelaide.
You’ll provide administrative support to the branch leadership team and enjoy a variety of other tasks.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Provide general administrative support to branch leadership and other departments within the branch
Coordination of registers, legislations, and training
Accounts Administration and support – Payables
Front desk support - Being the first point of contact both face to face an over the phone.
Supporting databases and transferring data between platforms.
Navigating MOVEX and other IT systems as required
Promoting Cummins products, services and embracing safety as a value,
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
First rate customer service skills
Confident with Microsoft Office suite
A self-starter who is looking to who is happy to be the go to person for the team
Positive, upbeat attitude and ability pick up things quickly
Strong work ethic and result orientation
Works well in a small group of people
Great multi-tasker
