About The Role
This full-time position reports to our Student Success Manager and is located at our Burleigh Heads campus. We seek a reliable, positive, organised individual who possesses a high attention to detail. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional administrative and customer service, embodying a “nothing is too hard, what needs to be done” attitude.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handle the data entry process for student enrolments and completions.
- Effectively manage administrative processes related to the student journey, ie. issuing student ID cards, qualifications
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including workshop setup, managing student uniform ordering and stock, handling postal duties and ordering office supplies.
- Support the coordination and set-up of various company events
- Provide support to students via inbound calls, emails, and other internal student support platforms.
- Perform general office duties and provide backup support to various departments as needed.
About You

You will be able to demonstrate:

- Strong organisational skills, with a high attention to detail
- Ability to follow processes
- Adaptable to change
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech savviness, with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, along with being comfortable learning new software
- At least 12 months’ experience in an administrative role, supporting a team
