This administrative role provides a high level of customer service to clients as well as ensuring client record management and daily administration tasks are carried out efficiently and in accordance with relevant legislation and hospital protocols. A typical day may involve answering main switchboard and directing calls or taking messages. Greeting clients, screening and addressing general queries. Handling payment of invoices via phone or in person and maintaining records. You will also be required to undertake various admin duties to include, data entry, photocopying, responding to emails, collection and distribution of mail.

The successful applicant will require exceptional customer service and time management skills with flexibility and adaptability to changes in work practices and roster requirements. Your efficient computer skills will equip you for this diverse role as will your ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
