The role:
This is a key role providing administration support to both the Asphalt manufacturing operational business & maintenance team. Reporting to the Manufacturing Operations Manager. Providing administrative support, reports and reviews as required for the operational & maintenance functional areas.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Administer/monitor any business system you utilise and offer support and guidance for sites and projects as required.
- Produce reports and communicate with team as per programmed timeframe
- Work with contractors to ensure compliance to Boral induction & onboarding process
- Mobile plant pre-start issues communicated and converted to work orders
- Operational/ Maintenance team MLS support
- update site KPI charts monthly
- manage & update plant downtime entry & tracker
- Be proactive in problem resolution and solutions offerings.
- support operational business with any administrative requirements
- work & support other asphalt business streams as required
- Proven ability and experience in administration;
- Strong people skills and communication skills;
- Proficient MS Office skills;
- Ability to quickly learn company systems & processes
- Strong attention to detail;
- Good organisational and multi-tasking skills with an ability to prioritise competing deadlines; and
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships within a team environment.
