- Prestons location
- Part-time, 3 days per week, 12.30pm starts (approx 5 hour shift)
- Temporary position with possibilities of long-term
Key responsibilities:
- Reviewing, checking and processing customer orders
- Compiling end of day reports
- Invoicing
- Managing a customer service inbox
- Allocating emails to relevant teams for action
- Assisting with general customer enquiries
- Summarising data and data entry
- Proven office administration experience
- The ability to work autonomously and also effectively in a small team
- Good data entry skills and intermediate MS Excel
- Positive attitude and willingness to support a team with a variety of duties
- Impeccable verbal and written communication
