Job description

  • Prestons location
  • Part-time, 3 days per week, 12.30pm starts (approx 5 hour shift)
  • Temporary position with possibilities of long-term
This rapidly growing Wholesaler is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to support the Operations Team with a variety of admin and customer service tasks. You will enjoy a role that offers variety, pace and autonomy whilst supported by a fun team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Reviewing, checking and processing customer orders
  • Compiling end of day reports
  • Invoicing
  • Managing a customer service inbox
  • Allocating emails to relevant teams for action
  • Assisting with general customer enquiries
  • Summarising data and data entry
Key requirements:
  • Proven office administration experience
  • The ability to work autonomously and also effectively in a small team
  • Good data entry skills and intermediate MS Excel
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support a team with a variety of duties
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication
