We are a small chartered accounting firm looking for administration allrounder to join our office in Belrose. No working from home, onsite only. No flexibility with days or hours to start with.
Duties include answering incoming calls and making outbound calls. Database maintenance and updates. Mail & correspondence. Dealing with client enquiries. Providing admin support to all staff. Debtor management. Maintaining office and kitchen tidiness including ordering supplies. General admin duties and ad hoc tasks.
Requirements friendly and people focused. Strong Microsoft office knowledge and experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good attention to detail. Strong organisational skills with the ability to self-manage different tasks from different staff members. Further information parking on site is provided, own transport required due to limited public transport options. Salary dependent on experience.
