About the role
An opportunity exists for an individual who is self-motivated, customer focussed with advanced communication skills to join our Box Hill Hospital Medical Imaging reception booking team. A varied role that combines front and back of house tasks, liaising with Medical professionals and assisting Patients with their medical imaging examinations.
To be successful in this role you will possess or aspire to achieve:
Excellent customer service skills
Advanced communication skills both face to face and telephony
High attention to detail
Previous experience within the Healthcare industry (desirable)
Experience in Radiology Information System (RIS) (desirable)
Experience/knowledge in Radiology (desirable)
Demonstrate ability to work autonomously, with sound organisational and prioritisation skills
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to manage pressure within a changing work environment
Highly proficient data entry skills
Reliable and punctual
General computer literacy with standard Microsoft Programs knowledge
Ability to follow instructions and problem solve
