As our Administration Assistant, you will support our Sales Excellence team through way of administration duties associated with Sales systems, tools, and processes.
With a continuous improvement mindset, you will assist the team in developing and maintaining best practice sales processes and systems across Bradken which will allow us to achieve excellent outcomes for our customers.
As someone who enjoys multi-tasking and working on various projects the same time, you will enjoy this busy role by proving general administration support relating to Global Sales activities and programs such as the Salesforce CRM and the Customer Engagement Program.
You are an organised and collaborative team player and will assist the Sales Excellence team in the preparation of Training materials & documentation, onboarding & offboarding activities, reports, and dashboards.
With your high attention to detail and eye for compliance you will maintain the internal Bradken systems such as our CRM (Salesforce), CFR (Customer Feedback), ERP (Financial/Inventory), Learning Management system and our Intranet.
Key Criteria:
- Experience in system maintenance and Salesforce CRM experience desirable
- At least two years’ experience in a similar position would be preferred
- Previous experience working in a busy high-volume production/manufacturing / industrial environment, or similar.
- Professional Data Entry capabilities with a focus on both speed and accuracy.
This is a fixed term PT role with 24 hours per week until March 2023. There is a potential for extension and conversion to full time role post contract period.
This role is based in Newcastle.
