The Role
As Administration Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the provision of high-quality administration support services in Toowoomba. Encompassing support across multiple facets of business operations, a key outcome of this position is ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services to all internal and external stakeholders.
To be successful in the role, you will meet the following criteria:
- Relevant Tertiary or TAFE Qualification or equivalent experience in Business Administration or Management
- Sound knowledge and understanding of administration support functions within a multi-faceted business
- Previous management experience within an administration support team
- Excellent organisational and communication skills including the ability to build rapport and demonstrate professionalism at all times
- Computer literacy including strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Outlook
- Ability to exercise judgement and problem solve, providing evidence-based solutions
- Understanding of and commitment to the philosophy of the St Vincent de Paul Society Queensland and an ability to work in accordance with policies and procedures to promote the values and mission of the Society
