We have an exciting opportunity available for a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our successful team in the position of Customer Support & Administration.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Field, direct and manage phone calls
- Manage and maintain client files
- Accurately manage data base records
- Typing/ editing reports with high standard of presentation and accuracy
- Assist customers and clients with specific enquiries
- Provide a high level of personalised customer service
- Manage client relationships and correspondence
- Create a memorable experience for our clients and customers
- Ad hoc administration tasks

- Previous experience in the insurance or construction industry ideal but not essential
