About the Opportunity
The role of Administration Officer is to provide administrative support to all Catholic Early EdCare services including but not limited to fee collection, enrolment enquiries and processing, debt management, invoice processing, reception, and other general administration functions. This position will work alongside a small team on a permanent full-time basis of 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Administration Officer, your key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- To deliver a positive experience to all families and effectively resolve queries in an efficient manner.
- Monitoring shared mailboxes and central phone numbers to assist with support requests and parent enquiries.
- Processing of financial payments, adjustments and debt procedures.
- Administer the enrolment process for families accessing Catholic Early EdCare services.
- Ensure information is stored in a manner that facilities effective reporting and reliable access on demand.
- Ensure compliance with childcare subsidy requirements.
- Assistance with financial administration including coding and filing of invoices.
- 2-3 years’ experience in an administration and/or reception role
- Strong computer skills including spreadsheets, mail merging, databases and electronic filing systems.
- Knowledge of the childcare industry and government subsidies would be favourably considered.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team.
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills for providing excellent support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Appropriate time management skills to complete delegated and own tasks within required timeframes.
- Comprehensive computer skills including knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs. i.e., Word, Excel. (Xplor childcare software preferable but not essential)
- The position will be paid a base salary beginning from $55,371 + 12% super, or higher based on your qualifications and experience.
