Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team of admin officer to resolve a documentation accuracy backlog
- Ensure the documented process for clearing of the backlog is followed and appropriate document retention principles are adhered to
- Ensuring the backlog is cleared at a consistent rate
- Working with the Senior Project Officer and Manager Pipelines and Gas Networks to resolve unique issues
- Ensuring data accuracy over a large number of records
- Ability to work with others and ensure documented processes are followed
- Capability to read and understand maps
- Familiarity with MS office suite of systems specifically Excel
