Our client is seeking a dedicated, motivated Administration and Customer Service Assistant to support the day to operations of a busy Transportation company. This is a casual role which has the potential to turn permanent after initial placement and training is complete. The ideal candidate will possess:
Previous experience working within administrative roles
Leadership skills
Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal
High degree of organisational skills and the ability to multi-task, learn quickly and be proactive
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Provide quality administration support to the business
Provide professional customer service
Payroll processing
Accounts support and Accounts payable
Data entry
General clerical support duties
Required Skills/Qualification
Customer Service
Accounts experience – no formal qualification needed
Excellent verbal communication
Excellent organisational skills
IT Literacy
Administration Experience
Microsoft Office
