Administration Officer
Classification: Full Time
Location: IRT Dalmeny & IRT Moruya

As the Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing high quality Administration support to the Care Manager, and exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
This is a permanent Full time opportunity, working across our IRT Dalmeny & IRT Moruya, Aged Care facilities.
Your work may include:
Information handling, and record keeping
Being the first point of contact for all enquiries
Reconciliation of invoices
Participating as part of a team
Ad-hoc administrative requests

To be successful you will have:
Previous experience in an administration role
Excellent organisational skills
Proven attention to detail and accuracy
An ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures
Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office products
Current driver’s licence
Certificate III in Business Administration (desirable)
