About this role
This role involves in assisting with a range of administration functions, including: managing customer enquiries via phone and email, processing orders, scheduling and administration of customer service calls across our service area and general administrative duties.
This role is full time.

What we are looking for
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, be reliable, able to show initiative and able to work independently or within a team environment.
Previous reception and administration experience is preferred, along with strong organisation, time management skills and fluent English written, and verbal skills are also required.
