SalaryWe are currently seeking a highly motivated Administration Officer to join our team at Palm Lake Care’s community in Toowoomba. This is a fulltime role, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
This is a fast paced role where written and verbal communication skills are critical. You will be liaising with staff, agencies and other health care providers ensuring strong relationships are maintained through providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for answering the phone, directing enquiries to the correct person and general administration duties.

Ideally you will have:
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in rostering or scheduling.
- A warm and friendly manner, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Previous Kronos experience advantageous;
- Demonstrated ability in the use of Word, Excel & Outlook;
- Attention to detail and an ability to effectively manage your time;
- Empathy with elderly residents and their families
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Must be able to work weekends
- National Police Check
