Primary objective

Collaborate with the Across Government Contracts (AGC) team members and offer quality administrative support to provide

effective and efficient procurement services.

Context statement

AGC establishes and manages contracts that give NTG Agencies ’ access to commonly required goods and services. The

position will provide quality administrative support with updating website information, administration responsibilities,

contract management and managing general enquiries.

Key duties and responsibilities

1. Perform work assignments to a high standard, engage and participate in continuous improvements, and offer a positive

customer experience.

2. Coordinate enquiries to make sure they are assigned and resolved promptly.

3. Provide administrative support for procurement and contract management processes, including: consolidating and

refining data reports, records management, updating contract intranet pages, minute taking and coordinating meeting

schedules.

Selection criteria

Essential

1. Demonstrated experience in administrative support with highly developed organisation, time management skills and

attention to detail.

2. Ability to develop productive relationships with senior team members and clients to meet shared objectives and achieve

results.

3. Proven capability to determine priorities and resilience to work through challenges, use initiative and meet deadlines.

4. Confident communicator with ability to engage with clients, contractors, and staff from diverse cultures.

5. Sound level of computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Word and

Excel, and ability to use procurement and information management systems.

6. Demonstrated work ethic and attitude which emulates DCDD values of professionalism, accountability, respect, honesty

and innovation.

Desirable

1. Completion of, or willingness to undertake, relevant recognised industry qualifications.

2. Experience with procurement, contract management, staff administration and records management systems.
