St Mary's Anglican Girls' School is an independent day and boarding school for 1450 girls from Kindergarten to Year 12. The School is located close to the ocean in the northern suburb of Karrinyup and, during term time, is home to more than 185 boarders.
The role of the Administration Officer is to assist in the efficient operation of the administration of the School and provide friendly, professional and effective customer service within the School community. This is a full-time ongoing role, which includes working during school holiday periods.
The successful applicant will have experience in a similar role and a working knowledge of process change management and creating process documentation. The ability to communicate positively and effectively with co-workers, students and the wider school community with maturity and discretion is essential.
Experience in the education sector will be highly regarded.
