About the role
Reporting directly to the Director Regulatory Operations, the Administration Officer is responsible for providing a diverse range of end-to-end administrative services across all areas of the Regulatory Operations Division as well as contributing as a divisional support to the smooth functioning of whole of LHA administrative systems.
This pivotal role requires a “can do” attitude, passion for delivering exceptional customer service and the agility to “hit the ground running” within a dynamic environment. This role will be privy to highly sensitive information and will be required to effectively interact with Executive, Managers, the public and other internal and external stakeholders in a courteous manner whilst conveying a high level of professionalism.
Your ability to act with a sense of urgency and your interpersonal skills in working with internal and external stakeholders will be highly regarded.
This role has a flexible work location with an option of Melbourne CBD or Bendigo.
