What you will be doing
This is a dynamic and diverse role which is required to deliver a wide range of administrative support to a team which delivers a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Redesign three times per year, in addition to many other workshops, forums and programs. The role is pivotal in ensuring preparation and coordination of meetings, workshops and events is performed at a high level, and that recording, and reporting is delivered in a timely and accurate manner. The role also includes coordinating the smooth delivery of virtual workshops using Zoom and MS Teams platforms.

Remuneration: $74,121.74 - $75,956.86 per annum excluding Superannuation
Hours Per Week: 40 (38 standard hours + 2hrs toward ADO)

Selection Criteria / Questions
Experience in providing a broad range of administrative and secretariat services to senior level management. An understanding of the of the NSW health system would be an advantage.
Sound organisational skills, the capacity to prioritise, undertake and complete several tasks concurrently, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.
Well-developed oral and written communication and interpersonal skills including a professional approach with stakeholders.
Can you tell us about your experience in virtual delivery production (for example an education workshop on zoom) and how you managed the multiple demands working with facilitators and participants?

COVID-19 Vaccination Compliancy
All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). Additionally, Category A workers are required to receive a booster dose three months after completing the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations. New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate (IM011 immunisation medical exemption form) certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.
Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
