Ongoing permanent position available
We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced administrators who have a background in providing support to higher education and training teams. This role will see you provide general administrative support; customer service to key stakeholders; database management, processing and auditing data; in addition to supporting meetings where required. Ideally you will have an understanding of the tertiary education setting, in particular experience with assessment tools or student administration.
The ideal candidate will present with demonstrated administration experience supporting a team, an interest in working with data and enjoys working as part of a team. You will also demonstrate the following:
High attention to detail
Demonstrated time management skills
Excellent communication skills and an ability to develop good working relationships with a range of internal stakeholders
Proficient in MS office suite skills
