About the role
The Administrative Assistant provides high- level administrative support to the Congress Australian Nurse Family Partnership Program (ANFPP) team of Registered Nurses, Midwives, Social Worker and Aboriginal Community Workers and interacts across all Congress services and other community stakeholders.
To be considered for this position, you will require:
Highlydeveloped written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to draft correspondence and reports
Take minutes and initiate actions from meetings
Ability to undertake a range of administrative duties including computer Microsoft word, mail/calendar applications and information management systems (ie. TRIM or similar)
Current NT Drivers Licence, or the ability to obtain
