About You
  • You have extensive high level experience in the provision of Senior Administrative support in a large complex healthcare organisation and a current NSW Drivers Licence.
  • You have a high level of written and oral communication skills and can liaise with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • You have a demonstrated highly competent computer/data entry skills, specifically with MS office products in particular Microsoft Word, Excel, email and TRIM management system.
What you'll be doing

The purpose of this position is to provide a high level administrative and secretarial support to the Director Healthcare Improvement within the Quality, Strategy and Improvement Directorate. The Administration Officer works with the Director to fulfil the administrative functions of his/her unit. The portfolio is complex and challenging and this role will play a proactive and integral part in ensuring that administrative responsibilities are undertaken in an efficient, professional and timely manner.

The role is an autonomous and independent role with a high level of responsibility. The Administration Officer works very closely with the Director and must be able to interact professionally with other members of the CCLHD team including the Executive Leadership Committee, Chief Executive and Directors.

The position holder is required to prepare high level correspondence and matters with discretion and prepare documents for external governing authorities on behalf of the Chief Executive as per delegation of the Director Healthcare Improvement.
