An established and prominent private school in Central Sydney has an exciting opportunity for an immediate Administration Officer to join the School on a permanent basis.
Your new role
This is an exciting Administration Officer role in the central School office. The role will undertake a wide range of tasks including producing a diverse range of documents including creation of exam documents, newsletters, event invitations and supporting with brochure content. As an Administrator in the School, you will also provide support with running committees, events and projects.
What you'll need to succeed
It’s important you leave all clients, stakeholders and students with a positive and lasting impression of the School. You would have previously worked as an Administrator and be competent in utilising a wide range of software’s to create a range of documents and experience using databases. You will be highly organised, flexible and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who is proactive, can use initiative and is highly efficient. Experience working in a School administration role would be advantageous but not essential. Someone with a creative flair for design would also be highly regarded. You will be required to apply for a valid NSW working with children check if successful and have full working rights with no restrictions.
