Our client, an industrial wholesaler based in Northern suburbs of Melbourne is seeking a permanent full time Administration Officer.

Key responsibilities:
Customer service: Tasks include but not limited to answering of inbound calls, management of orders email inbox, counter (ie - face to face) sales, resolution of simple customer queries, management of customer expectation re delivery timing, pricing, etc
Sales order processing, processing of delivery information and invoicing in a timely and accurate manner.
Administrative assistance with accounts receivable/ payable and payroll team
Other Administrative responsibilities
Facilitating business travel arrangements and processing of expense claims
Preparation of non-payroll related tax returns for the ATO and state revenue authorities (eg - excise)
Other light reporting duties / ad-hoc provision of information as required
Filing of paperwork generated in the office
Arrangement and catering of meetings / functions as required.
About you:
Proven customer service and administration skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Have the ability to prioritise tasks and organised.
