They complete a range of home modifications and maintenance tasks, ensuring safety and accessibility for their clients.
The Role:
As an Administration Officer, you will be a crucial part of a team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and coordinating various administrative tasks related to job coordination in the building sector.
- Maintaining portals and coordinating with sub-contractors on work schedules.
- Managing job completion processes and generating invoices.
- Ensuring contractor compliance
- Handling daily communication with external clients, contractors, project manager, administration team and field staff
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on details and accuracy.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and autonomously.
- Time Management: Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Adaptability: Able to adapt to change and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Cert IV in Business Administration or Project Management, preferred.
