This position is responsible for effectively running of the administration of the front reception of the Primary Health Care Centre. Assist with the running cliental presentation and appointments. Maximise revenue and access revenue in relation to the Rural and Remote Medical Benefits Scheme. The position is also responsible for providing high quality receptionist and clerical services, whilst providing support to the Health Centre Manager in administrative tasks.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Perform and assist with the patient recalls system.
- Ensure and maintain patient registration demographics into HBCIS and BP daily.
- Manage Medicare fees for service information, including registration, claims submission and reconciliation of call client Medicare number at PHCC facilities daily.
- Base comprising salary between $34.67 - $38.75 p.h

- Demonstrated knowledge or the ability to quickly acquire the knowledge of Medicare and Bulkbilling services.
- Demonstrated experience in reception and or administrative support processes.
