Position Summary
The Opportunity
We are currently seeking to appoint a Administration Officer to work as a part of our UnitingCare Qld Lifeline Team based on the
location
on a
full time/part time/casual
. You will support with the day to day operational administrative duties of our Lifeline Management and Operations Team supplementing this you will also assist with Reception and financial reporting assistance on an as required basis.
What you'll need
You will have demonstrated experience working within an administrative operations environment and in addition you will have strong interpersonal communication skills that you have developed through previous position that have had a strong customer and/or stakeholder focus. Supplementing the above you will preferably have a QLD open driver’s license and the ability to commit to a criminal history check.

Selection Criteria Desirable: Certificate ll in Business Administration
Desirable: Proficient with using Microsoft Office, preparing reports and other documentation. Develop and maintain databases and other recording/ information systems.
Essential: Demonstrated ability to apply professional knowledge of administrative support practices and procedures
Essential: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to deal with people at all levels in a variety of situations
Essential: Demonstrated experience and knowledge of driving safety measures and auditing requirements
