Bed Brokers is an administration service that facilitates the inter-hospital transfer of Privately Insured patients.
This is a unique opportunity for the suitable candidate to have on the job training in a close knit team with the only patient contact being over the phone.
We are looking to add someone to our team who is punctual, eager to learn and has a friendly phone manner. Clear verbal and written skills are essential.
It is key to this job that you are able to communicate with a vast array of people and personalities on a day to day basis. You will be required to work independently on occasion, this means initiative is key.
It is helpful if you have an interest in the health field or a base knowledge of this; however, it is not necessary and on the job training will be provided.
At this stage the role is for a Casual or Part Time candidate. Approximately 20-30 hours a week.
This can be flexible.
We have a range of shifts over the hours of 7am-11pm, 7 days a week.
