ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
Connells Point Before and After School Care Centre offers a high-quality service that values the uniqueness of each individual child in our care. We are looking for an all-rounder Administration Officer to join the team.
Our organisation has opened a new role to take on board an Administration Officer to join the team and assist with leading the centre into the future.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day and high-quality administrative support to management and centre co-ordinator
• Organise publicity for the OOSH services, prepare and distribute publicity of the vacation care program as directed by the coordinator
• Assist parents’ enquiries about the Before/After school care and Vacation care
• Monitor, maintain and review filing system and archiving system
• Assist with the orientation process for children and their families
• Assist management with ad hoc tasks
Who we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will have:
• Willingness to affirm Connells Point Before and After School Care Centre vision and mission
• Highly organised/Good initiative/Attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised as well as in a team environment
• Effective team player with a positive can-do attitude
You will also need:
• Experience working in Children’s Services in an administrative role
• Not for profit or cause related management experience
• Experience in the use of Childcare Administration Software and knowledge of CMMS/CCS
• Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
