About the Role
They are currently seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join their team in Parramatta with some flexibility to work remotely from home. This is an estimated 12-month temporary assignment, with a strong potential to extend.
Working within the Workplace Transformation business unit, you will be required to provide a wide range of administration services to assist in transforming staff accommodation across the offices to improve the experience and satisfaction of staff and clients whilst achieving organisational objectives
In this rewarding role, you will be undertaking the following duties –
- Deliver high level professional customer service
- Answering enquiries, providing accurate and timely responses
- Complete financial administrative duties including purchase orders, invoices and receipting
- Managing new staff onboarding/offboarding activities
- Manage, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Inbox management, generating correspondence, redirecting to the appropriate contact
- Manage and maintain office equipment and stationery
- Complete diary and travel management
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, forums and events
- Preparation of high-level documentation including meeting minutes, agenda’s, briefs, presentation material and reports
- Provide a wide range of administrative support including managing team birthdays, annual/flex leave
- Gather and collate information to support informed decision-making outcomes
- Establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships, facilitating collaboration, partnerships and contribution of idea’s
- Records and database management ensuring high integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements
About You
To be successful in this great assignment you will have the following –
- Previous administration or business support experience
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong computer literacy skills and proficiency especially with MS Office suite and TRIM
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable to change, resilient and proactive
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
