HealthShare NSW has an exciting new opportunity for an Administration Officer. This is a Full Time Permanent role that will provide support to several Senior Executive offices based at the HealthShare head office at St Leonards.
This position is diverse in its scope and provides a unique opportunity to learn about the inner workings of NSW’s largest shared services organisation.
From meeting and greeting visiting executives to potential new employees, you will be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, and be comfortable engaging with people from all backgrounds. You will naturally enjoy excelling in a fast-moving collaborative and outcome-focused environment. You take pride in all that you do and will utilise efficient tech skills to manage databases and data accurately. Ideally you will be a savvy IT user and be familiar with current collaboration platforms.
We are looking for a motivated team player who enjoys multitasking, has a willingness to learn and a can do attitude.
About the opportunity
You will be responsible for providing a range of administrative and support services, including records management, mail receipt and sorting, routine correspondence, meeting coordination, meeting and greeting, diary management, onboarding and separation of employees and creating and compiling documents to support Senior Executives and the effective operation of their business units.
The role will also coordinate replacements of organisation wide assets, including mobile phone devices and laptops and maintain registers to ensure all details are kept up to date. Supporting the development, implementation and monitoring of administrative systems, processes, and procedures to improve office efficiency and ensure the delivery of a quality service will also be required. This is a Permanent Full Time position, graded as an Administration Officer Level 4 with an annual salary of $66,338.79 to $67,937.54 (Excl. 10.5% superannuation). Location: NSW Health Campus – St Leonards - Due to the nature of the role the successful candidate is expected to be onsite most of the time.

COVID-19 Vaccination Compliance
All NSW Health workers are required to have completed an up-to-date course of a COVID-19 vaccine (3 doses for Category A roles, 2 doses for Category B roles) which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW. Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Please provide proof of vaccination if available. The Staff Health Team will access your AIR record if needed, please advise if you prefer the team not to view your vaccination record.
