Highlighting the importance of this role for our team:
Reporting to our Service Manager, you will utilise previous skills and demonstrated experience in administration to:
- Collate information and generate financial and other reports for computer-based programs;
- Undertake administration and clerical duties including travel arrangements, roster management, and client billing;
- Provide advice and information on the organisation’s services, and respond to client issues using a high degree of interpersonal skills;
- Maintain daily processes within the relevant application including scheduling staff rounds, making changes in response to client visit changes, staff timesheets, validation of visits and generation of reports from system.

To be suitable for the position, your qualifications for the role will consist of:
- A Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent;
- Experience in an administration role;
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to use Microsoft applications;
- Possess, or have the ability to obtain, a Blue Card (Working with Children), Licensed Care Service (Child Protection) and a National Police Clearance.
