Our client is looking for a expereinced Administration Support Coordinator who is keen and looking to develop their career further.
About the role
the role is to provide administration support to the Sales and Delivery teams, ensuring the service levels are met and/ or exceeded. The suitable candidate will have experience in customer service and/or administration support.
The position is full time hours and is based at Mentone working Monday to Friday - no weekend work.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Utilising strong administrative skills to support internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis
- Support internal and external queries & complaints
- Accurate campaign reporting
- Assist with client schedules, stock follow up and confirmation to customer on stock receipt
- Participation in daily huddles, weekly team meetings and other group meetings as required
Personal Attributes
- An intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skill level
- A "can do" attitude with lots of initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- A high level of attention to detail and time management
- The ability to multitask
- Experience within a customer service/ administration role or similar industry (desirable)
- Effective problem solving skills
- The ability to address and resolve conflict constructively
