The Role:
Our facility at the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre is looking for a Part-Time Administration Support Officer (ASO) to join their team working Monday and Tuesday (O.4 FTE).
The Administration Support Officer will be responsible for providing a variety of administrative support services and deliver high customer service in this front line reception role.
Current Full Time /Part Time hourly rate is $24.40/hour + Super and casual rate is $30.50 per hour + super (i.e. $24.40 plus 25% casual loading)
Essential experience and attributes include the following (selection criteria):
- Customer service experience in a busy and fast paced environment
- Strong computer skills
- Experience in general administration, including; scheduling appointments
- Ability to oversee the main phone line, transfer calls to respective team members and complete general reception duties.
- Medical Administration experience is desirable
