ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT OFFICER
Based in North Melbourne/Collingwood, Satellite Foundation seeks to contribute to futures of hope and possibility for children and young people across Victoria where a family member has a mental health challenge.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role provides executive, program and administration support including providing support to the CEO.
The role reports directly to the Operations Manager.
YOUR BACKGROUND AND QUALIFICATIONS
Ideally you will have:
- minimum 2 years experience in providing program support or administration in a not for profit or community sector organisation.
- higher level administration and receptionist skills such as minute taking, proof reading, editing, document formatting, phone call management and communication
- computer skills – Office 365, Share Point, Microsoft Teams
- event organisation, coordination and support
- relationship building skills
And of course have great attention to detail, and be positive, flexible and reliable.
