We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administration Traineeship within our Hobart head office. We're looking for someone who matches our culture and ethos to become an integral part of our organisation. The position also includes the opportunity to obtain your nationally-recognised qualification in Business & Administration (Certificate III).
We're offering a great opportunity for a recent school leaver or similar who is interested in developing their career in Administration. On a day to day basis you'll be responsible for -
Assist clients and staff over the phone, via email and face-to-face
Filing, copying and other adhoc administrative duties
Organise office supplies
Assistance with project work
Organising and assistance in meetings
Front-office and reception duties within our care facilities (transport dependent)
Carry out other duties that are within the limits of trainee skills, competence and ability as required

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to obtain a Working with Vulnerable Persons check
