Position Overview: As part of our expanding internal support team we're looking for an individual with strong attention to detail to primarily assist with reservations and maintenance related administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist maintenance manager with day to day operations of the maintenance department
- Maintain scheduled works for all properties
- Liaise with in-house guests to gain entry
- Advise guests of building works/interruptions throughout their stay
- Record accurate information in our reservation system for jobs completed by the maintenance team
- Maintain and create jobs reported from cleaners and the reservation department
- Gather quotes from contractors
- Liaise with owners for maintenance approvals
- Cross train and learn other departmental roles to assist when leave is taken
- Assist reservations with general guest enquiries when required
Qualifications:
- Experience in the accommodation industry or a holiday rental company is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as needed
