Our Corporate team is currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join the team based in our Rhodes Office. Reporting to the Company Secretary and General Manager – Taxation, Treasury & Risk, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support to ensure the business meets key objectives and maintains high service levels to internal and external stakeholders

As the successful applicant you will:
- Assist with the establishment, administration and liquidation of subsidiary and joint venture companies as required
- Manage Computershare GEMS corporate service system and databases
- Assist with the tax registrations and correspondences with the ATO
- Maintenance of group structure diagrams and secretarial database
- Statutory Register filing
- Management of external adviser engagement letters, external billing and invoicing
- Raise, maintain, and coordinate Purchase Orders
- General administrative tasks, e.g., organising external training courses, travel, management of training reports, cost centre forecasting
As the ideal applicant you will:
- Possess an advanced level of ability in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. SAP is desirable but not essential.
- Be highly organised with a strong attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Have experience within medium to large scale organisations
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have the ability to prioritise tasks while exercising excellent time management skills
- Be an enthusiastic, self-starter with a reliable attitude and ability to be a team player
- Have Property experience, which is desirable but not essential
