About the Role:
As an Administration/ Finance Officer you will contribute to the effective and efficient management of the school by providing relevant and timely service to the Leadership Team, Staff, Students and wider community.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversight of school office processing including:
- Accounts receivable and banking
- Accounts payable
- Student attendance
- First aid
- Interpreting departmental and school policies, guidelines and ensuring legislative and procedural requirements are met
- Other duties as directed by the Business Manager or Principal
- Experience on OneSchool and Agresso Finance essential. IDAttend preferred
- Proven ability to work harmoniously within a team environment
- Demonstrated high level of communication skills
- Efficient multi-tasking and time management skills
- Proven ability to work independently, achieving quality outcomes
